Electronic Records and Signatures Consent

This consent lets GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us") give you the agreements, disclosures and notices for Kassia electronically, and lets you sign them electronically. Please read it before you agree. You may print it or save it as a PDF.
1. What this consent covers
It covers every record we give you, or ask you to sign, in connection with Kassia, for as long as you have a Kassia account. That includes:
- your account application, your answers to it and your signature;
- the Kassia Customer Agreement and Acknowledgments, the Terms of Service and every agreement, policy and disclosure they include;
- notices about your account, your plan, billing, the Private Preview, changes to our agreements and our privacy practices; and
- receipts and other records of what you bought or agreed to.
2. How we will give you records
We will show records to you in the Kassia app or on my.kassia.ai, send them to the email address on your account, or offer them as files you can download, such as PDFs. A record is given to you when it is shown or sent to you in one of these ways.
3. Paper copies
You may ask for a paper copy of any record at any time by emailing info@gycapital.net with your name, the email on your account and the record you want. We will mail it to you at no charge. Asking for a paper copy does not withdraw this consent.
4. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@gycapital.net. Kassia is an online service that can only be provided electronically, so if you withdraw your consent we will close your Kassia account under our Terms of Service. Withdrawing does not change the legal effect of any record you received or signed electronically before we processed your request.
5. Keeping your contact details current
We send records to the email address on your Kassia account. Please keep it up to date in Kassia under Profile, or tell us at info@gycapital.net. If an email to you bounces, we may treat records shown in the app as given to you.
6. What you need
- A computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection.
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, with JavaScript and cookies turned on.
- Software that can open PDF files, such as the one built into your browser.
- An email account you can reach.
- A printer or enough storage to keep copies, if you want to keep them outside Kassia.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you opening or keeping our records, we will tell you, and you may withdraw this consent without any fee.
7. Your confirmation
By ticking the box that refers to this consent, you confirm that:
- you were able to open and read this document, which is in the same format as the other records we will give you;
- you can keep copies of our records by downloading, saving or printing them; and
- you agree to receive records electronically and to sign them electronically, and that an electronic signature you give is as binding as a signature on paper.
