Kassia End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (this "License") is between you and GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us"). It covers the Kassia software you use at my.kassia.ai and through Kassia's Telegram channels, including the web app, its content, the AI assistant and any tools we provide (together, "Kassia"). It forms part of your Kassia Customer Agreement and our Terms of Service.
1. Your license
While you have an account and a plan or Private Preview that includes it, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Kassia, through the interfaces we provide, for your own personal investing. Each plan includes only the features described for it.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute Kassia or any part of it, including its reports, game plans, Trading Rules, charts or AI answers, except to keep copies for your own records.
- Share your account, let anyone else use it, or show Kassia's content to people who do not have their own access.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract Kassia's source code, models or prompts, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
- Scrape Kassia or use bots, scripts or other automated means to access it, except through tools Kassia provides for that purpose on your plan.
- Get around plan limits, data delays, message allowances or security measures.
- Use Kassia to build or train a competing product or model.
- Use Kassia unlawfully, to harm others, or in breach of the Market Data Notice.
3. Ownership
Kassia, including its software, design, Trading Rules, written content and analytics, and the Kassia and GY Capital names and logos, belong to GY Capital or its licensors and are protected by law. This License gives you no ownership of any of it. Market Data belongs to its Data Providers, as the Market Data Notice explains.
4. AI-generated content
Kassia's AI assistant and written reads are generated by software. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and two answers to the same question can differ. You may use them for your own investing decisions, at your own risk, and check them before you rely on them.
5. Third-party software and services
Kassia uses open-source software and third-party services, such as your broker, data providers, Microsoft Azure, Stripe and Telegram. Their own licenses and terms apply to them.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
7. Updates
We update Kassia often. Updates may add, change or remove features, and are covered by this License.
8. Ending this License
This License ends when your access to Kassia ends, or earlier if you break it. When it ends you must stop using Kassia. Sections 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9 continue after it ends.
9. Disclaimers, liability and law
Kassia is provided "as is" and "as available". The disclaimers, the limits on our liability, the indemnity and the terms on disputes and governing law in sections 14 to 20 of our Terms of Service apply to this License. You may not use or export Kassia in breach of U.S. sanctions or export laws.
