Kassia Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms cover the messages GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us") sends you about Kassia outside the app: in Kassia's Telegram groups, by email and, if we offer it in the future, by text message. They form part of your Kassia Customer Agreement.
1. The kinds of messages we send
- Account messages are about your account, plan, billing, security, the Private Preview and changes to our agreements. We send them by email and in the app. You cannot opt out of them while you have an account, because we need them to provide Kassia.
- Market reports are posted in Kassia's Telegram groups: a free group open to anyone, and a paid group for members whose plan or Private Preview includes it.
- Newsletter and marketing messages are sent by email, only if you have agreed to receive them.
Joining a Telegram group or subscribing to our newsletter is never a condition of buying a plan or joining the Private Preview.
2. Telegram groups
- Telegram is run by a third party. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it, and we do not control whether or when Telegram delivers a post.
- Telegram does not let us add you to a group. You join by tapping a link. The free group has a public link. For the paid group, Kassia gives you a personal link in Profile; our bot approves the first Telegram account that uses it and remembers that account, so the link works for you alone. Do not share it.
- When your plan or Private Preview no longer includes the paid group, or you delete your Kassia account, our bot removes you from it automatically. You can also reset your link in Profile, which removes the Telegram account bound to it.
- Reports in both groups are posted at least 15 minutes after the market data they describe, unless a post says otherwise.
- Do not forward, copy or post the paid group's content elsewhere.
- You can leave either group at any time in Telegram.
3. Email
Every newsletter and marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your choice in Kassia under Profile. Unsubscribing does not stop account messages.
4. Text messages
We do not send text messages today. If we offer them, we will ask for your separate consent first. You will be able to stop them at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. What our messages are, and are not
Market reports and other messages are general market commentary, produced the same way for everyone who receives them. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to trade, and they do not take your own situation into account. Our Terms of Service and the 0DTE Options and Day Trading Risk Disclosure apply to them.
6. Your information
When you join the paid group, we keep your Telegram user ID and username with your Kassia account so we can approve and later remove you. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your information.
7. Changes and contact
We may change these terms, and will tell you about material changes before they apply. Questions: info@gycapital.net.
