Kassia Service Continuity Statement
Last updated October 15, 2026
This statement from GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us") explains how Kassia keeps running, what happens if it is unavailable, and what you should do.
1. How Kassia runs
- Kassia runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States, on more than one server, so that one failing does not take Kassia down.
- Your profile, journal and records are stored in Azure services that keep their own redundant copies, and we keep backups we can restore from.
- We monitor Kassia and its scheduled jobs and are alerted when something stops working.
2. Kassia depends on others
Kassia relies on your broker, market data providers, exchanges, Microsoft Azure, Stripe and Telegram. When one of them has a problem, part of Kassia may stop working until they recover, and we cannot always work around it.
3. If Kassia is unavailable
- Your money and positions are at your broker, not with us. An outage at Kassia does not affect them.
- Orders you placed through Kassia, including automatic exits you agreed to, are ordinary orders at your broker. They stay in place, and fill or not, whether or not Kassia is running.
- Always be ready to see and manage your positions and orders directly with your broker, through its own website, app or phone line.
- Delayed or stale data may be shown while a source recovers. Panels say when data is delayed.
4. How we tell you
If an outage affects members, we will tell you in the app, by email or in Kassia's Telegram groups, and tell you again when it is resolved.
5. Planning and testing
We review how Kassia would recover from the loss of a server, a service or a data source, test restoring from backups, and update this statement when our arrangements change.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that Kassia will always be available or free of errors. Our Terms of Service describe the limits on our responsibility.
