Trade History Learning Notice
Last updated October 15, 2026
This notice explains what happens if you choose to let Kassia learn from your trading history. It is from GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us"). Sharing is optional.
1. What Kassia learns, and why
Kassia's sample-trade signal improves when it can see how similar trades worked out. With your permission, it uses the outcomes of the trades you close in the brokerage account you linked, together with GY Capital's own trades and those of other members who agreed, to adjust its signals for everyone.
2. What is used
- Trades you have closed in your linked brokerage account: when they were opened and closed, the strategy and strikes, the credit or debit, and the result.
- Paper-trading accounts and trades you have not closed are never used.
3. What is never done with it
- Your trades are never shown to another member, and nothing Kassia shows can be traced back to you.
- Kassia learns only combined figures from many trades. It does not show anyone counts or win rates that come from a single member.
- Your trading history is not sold, and is not used to trade against you.
4. Your choice
- You are asked in your account application, and the box is not ticked unless you tick it. Saying no does not change your plan or anything else Kassia does for you.
- You can change your choice at any time in Kassia under Profile. When you turn it off, your trades stop counting from the next time the model is rebuilt, which is within the hour.
- Deleting your account stops your trades counting.
- We keep a record of each choice you make, with when and from where you made it.
5. When it starts
Learning from members' trades is not switched on yet. Your choice is recorded now, and nothing is learned from your trades until we switch it on. We will tell you before that happens.
