What Kassia Is and Is Not

This is a short, plain-language summary of who we are, what Kassia does, how we are paid and where our interests may differ from yours. It is a disclosure from GY Capital Group LLC ("GY Capital", "we", "us"). It is not a regulatory filing.
What Kassia is
Kassia is an online service for traders of SPX options. It shows market-structure analytics, such as dealer gamma, options flow and the implied move; publishes a Morning Game Plan and sample trades built from GY Capital's published Trading Rules; answers questions with an AI assistant; keeps a trade journal; and, on some plans, lets you send orders you confirm to a brokerage account you hold in your own name.
What Kassia is not
- GY Capital is not a broker-dealer and is not registered as one with the SEC or any state. We do not execute, route or clear trades.
- GY Capital is not an investment adviser and is not registered as one. We do not give advice tailored to you, manage money or act as your fiduciary.
- GY Capital is not a bank or custodian and is not a member of SIPC. We never hold your money or securities. Your money and positions are at your broker, under your broker's protections.
- Kassia does not trade on your behalf at its own discretion. Nothing is sent to your broker unless you confirm it, or set up an automatic exit you agreed to separately.
How we are paid
- Members pay a subscription for Basic, Desk or Desk Pro, and may buy one-time packs of extra Kassia messages. The Private Preview and the free trial are free.
- Professional market-data subscribers may pay a separate data fee that passes on exchange charges.
- Our pay does not depend on whether you trade, how often you trade or whether your trades make money. We do not charge commissions on your trades.
Where our interests may differ from yours
- We trade too. GY Capital and its owners trade SPX options for their own account, using the same Trading Rules and much of the same analysis that Kassia shows members. We may trade before, at the same time as or against positions you hold. We do not see your orders before your broker does, and Kassia does not route your orders to us.
- Our own trades teach Kassia. Kassia's signal model learns from the outcomes of GY Capital's own closed trades and, if you allow it, from yours. See the Trade History Learning Notice.
- We benefit when you subscribe. We have a reason to present Kassia favorably. Backtests and statistics have limits, which our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure explain.
